Two decades listening to the business before proposing change
I was born in Osasco, São Paulo — still my home today, married and father of a daughter. Before any title or certification, I’m a bass player: I spent years understanding, through an instrument, something it took me decades to name at work.
Professionally, that’s 18 years dedicated to Digital Transformation, Business Agility at Scale, and Digital Product Management, almost always in environments where mistakes are costly: banks, insurers, payments, education. I managed a Lean portfolio of R$25 million a year and led more than 130 professionals across financial services and insurance. Today, I lead Business Transformation at Chubb in Brazil.
I’m a permanent student: an MBA in Digital Business Management & Artificial Intelligence underway at USP, an MBA in Project Management also from USP, executive education from Cambridge Judge Business School and StartSe, and more than 25 international certifications — including SAFe, ITIL Expert, and COBIT.
